Product Guarantee

All American Bathlette products are inspected before shipment to ensure that all parts are included in the shipment and that they are not broken or defective.

For whatever reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call or email us to arrange a full refund. We want you to be 100 % completely satisfied with your online purchase. If for any reason you are not, please feel free to return your product in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the price of the product. Product must be in it's orginal packages. Products unpacked, connected or used will not be accepted or refunded.

Product Warranty

TOTO and NAIS models have packaged warranty cards that are shipped with the product. In order for any warranty to be valid, the warranty card must be mailed in within 30 days of of the original purchase date. Both products have 1 year warranties with specific limitations written on the warranty card.

All other products: Hyjet Bidet, Hyundae Bidets and Seojin Bidet models have 1 year warranties.

1. bizi bee enterprises warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. This warranty is extended only to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER.

2. bizi bee enterprises obligations under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement, at bizi bee enterprises, option, of products or parts found to be defective, provided that such products were properly installed and used in accordance with instructions. bizi bee enterprises reserves the right to make such inspections as may be necessary in order to determine the cause of the defect. bizi bee enterprises will not charge for labor or parts in connection with warranty repairs or replacements. bizi bee enterprises is not responsible for the cost of removal, return and/or reinstallation of products.

This warranty does not apply to the following items:

a. Damage or loss sustained in a natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder electrical storm, etc.

b. Damage or loss resulting from any unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance of the product.

c. Damage or loss resulting from removal, improper repair, or modification of the product.

d. Damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in a water system.

e. Damage or loss resulting from improper installation or from installation of a unit in a harsh and/or hazardous environment.

4. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.

5. To obtain warranty repair service under this warranty, you must take the product or deliver it prepaid to a bizi bee enterprises service facility together with a letter stating the problem, or contact a bizi bee enterprises distributor or products service contractor, or write directly to bizi bee enterprises 110 Camino Del Sol, Vallejo, CA 94591.

This written warranty is the only warranty made by bizi bee enterprises. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty shall be the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. bizi bee enterprises shall not be responsible for loss of the product or for other incidental, special or consequential damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser, or for labor or other costs due to installation or removal, or costs of repairs by others, or for any other expense not specifically stated above. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties, including that of merchantability or fitness for use, are expressly limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

Return Policy

All bidets are returnable within 30 days (before installation). After installation, bidets and toilets are non-refundable due to personal hygiene concerns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. All returns should be completed within 30 days from the order date.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please send us a full explanation of what the problem is via email to It is important that you provide your reason for return because we use this information to constantly improve our product line. Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). We are unable to accept returned products without an RMA. There is also a 10% restocking fee charged for all returned items.

Shipping charges that are incurred by the customer for merchandise being returned to The American Bathlette Company, for any reason, must be paid by the customer and not by The American Bathlette Company. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping and restocking charges that accrue due to customer cancellation or merchandise ordered but refused on delivery. All C.O.D. orders that are refused will be charged the shipping charge, plus the restocking charges.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from bizi bee enterprises are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS bizi bee enterprises attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, bizi bee enterprises does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by bizi bee enterprises itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
